Children’s Health StarCenters are currently seeking Full-Time Front Desk Manager at our Mansfield location. The Front Desk is the main point of contact for our customers, so we are looking for a warm, friendly individual with a customer service oriented mindset. Candidates with a customer service background are preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Manager is the key person at each rink responsible for tying all departments together. Front Desk Managers must have knowledge of all other departments.

Responsibilities:

Must have a desire to learn about all programs in the rink
Hire, train, and manage staff of Front Desk associates and Skate Guards on all programs. This includes Hockey/Skating policies and procedures, sales procedures, and general customer service.
Books birthday parties, tours, group skates, and private events
The Front Desk Manager and the Front Desk Staff must be able to handle all customer complaints on the spot in a calm manner and communicate to the appropriate manager the nature of the complaint.
Serve as Manager on Duty for a minimum of 2 prime time shifts per week.
