Provide administrative support to the Retread Operations Manager, to ensure that department operations are carried out in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Performs diversified secretarial and clerical duties to assist the Retread Operations Manager, and other key personnel within area of assignment
- Transcribes diversified correspondence, reports, and other general and confidential material
- Answers phones, handles routine inquires, takes and relays messages, sets up appointments, and keeps superior informed of it
- Responsible to operate automated office equipment as required for the purpose of entering, processing and retrieving operational data, so as to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of various operational reports
- Prepares Retread/Wheel Rim Budgets and Plans
- Oversees the BibTread system for all shops
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an office setting, strong clerical and customer service skills, experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook and Excel in particular, learning agility, and a strong work ethic.
