Position will execute the effective and efficient service maintenance on mobility and locker equipment located at various customer sites, off-site and company. This person will be required to travel both national and international. Safety audits, quality control, training, documenting, effective communication are key elements of the position.
Perform maintenance services for the Mobility and Locker equipment. Including strollers, wheelchairs, ECV’s, lockers and other allied equipment.
Efficient methods of maintenance procedures are
Skillful in use of all types of tools, both machine and hand tools used in maintenance
Diagnose and document equipment problems and repairs.
Communicates issues and results routinely to
Accurate and timely completion of all required
Ability to work independently with limited
Ability to work with teams and direct teams when
Read and interpret manuals.
Completing part orders and logging issues.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
High school diploma or further education.
1-3 years’ experience servicing or maintain equipment.
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS office.
Should be mechanically inclined and mechanically oriented.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Should have flexible schedule that includes working weekends and holidays.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to present a professional attitude in stressful situations.
Must have a valid Driver’s License, a good driving record, and the ability to rent a car required.
Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel throughout the area.
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day while performing the duties of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Use of ladders and other material handling devices are required as needed.
