Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing an in-house team of order administration and support representatives to meet and exceed metrics.  Monitor performance and process adherence to ensure we are in compliance with required standards. Communicate the latest product, services, policy and procedures to team and arrange applicable training and assessments as needed.  Communicate the latest front-line customer support trends back to business units.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Motivating a team of order administration and customer/technical support representatives through performance, coaching and setting educational objectives
  • Ensure order administration and support teams deliver excellent service and resolve issues
  • Ensures designated KPI’s are monitored and met on timely basis
  • Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes and reporting
  • Reporting operational achievement and progress on regular basis including monthly scorecards, trend analysis and related improvement plans
  • Working directly with our technical support staff, quality assurance engineering, engineering and operations to resolve problems
  • Troubleshooting in order fulfillment processes and regular review for enhancement
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
  • Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
  • Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
  • Management of the communication with the sales department and customers
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
  • Oversee customer reporting for weekly distribution
  • Co-support customer documentation and training materials
Requirements

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred

Experience

  • 3- 5 year experience in similar function, or demonstrated equivalent

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Excellent team management skills, high customer service/sales orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams to identify solutions that balance prioritize and deliver expectations; ability to adapt to changing assignment and multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite; ability to present materials in concise and easy to digest manner
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, specifically zendesk, a plus
  • Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
  • Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
