Job Summary:

The Position
Reporting to Aeros’ GM, the Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You will be an integral part of Aeros sales strategy by liaising with the GM and Commercial Operations manager to support the sales process and targeting sales within new and existing customers. This position is for someone who is in the early stages of their sales career, looking for a challenge to enhance their skills, and could potentially grow in senior sales or customer success. Some travel may be required.

Job Details:

Sales operations & coordination

Internal Support – work with other internal service groups (Professional Services, Finance, and Marketing) to support the customers’ experience.
Quoting – Produce quotes for new name and/ or back to base license sales, as well as for professional service and customer funded development revenue generating activities.
Salesforce: maintain customer and quotes information, and convert leads using the CRM.
Utilize Excel to build out sales and management reports needed for weekly and monthly reporting.
Customer Relationship: work with the sales teams and customers to support their requirements such as editing & review of Statement of Works.
Liaison to our vendors/ 3rd party partners
Business Development

Actively drive Aeros’ sales pipeline by generating leads on new business and identifying potential expansion within existing customers
Utilize various channels such as cold-calling, e-mail, LinkedIn, networking, etc. to identify potential new targets
Build relationships with Aeros’ existing clients in order to Identify potential revenue opportunities
Educate new & existing clients about Aeros’ products and how it could maximize their business and growth
Maximize revenue potential by attaining and exceeding quota targets
Stay current with the industry trends by performing market research and competitor analysis
Job Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, & Lead Generation with some experience in sales operations & coordination
Proven experience with utilizing various channels such as, LinkedIn, cold-calling, networking, etc. to maximize sales
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.) is required
Must have strong verbal, written, presentation, & organizational skills
Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM is a plus
Aptitude to understand software & technology with ERP & SaaS sales being an asset
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an asset
