Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Build trusted relationships with our partners across a range of functions and levels, from C-level/senior executives, relationship managers, and department leads
  • Develop strategy and execute account management
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create win-win situations
  • Lead partner discussions ensuring alignment of process, critical inputs, goals, and reporting
  • Manage the growth and monetization of existing partners through scalable programs that can span across multiple industries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including legal, product, and operations
  • Manage projects to ensure that timelines and requirements are met. Forecast and report on key metrics
  • Analyze complex contracts with regard to legal and financial implications
  • Research new partners and partnership opportunities

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, account management, customer success, project management, or sales
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in finance, business, or related field of study, MBA a plus
  • Startup experience preferred, but not required
  • A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker
  • Comfortable with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Expert communication and relationship building skills
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration
  • Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
  • Strong project management skills
