The main focus for this role is finding the “Right People” and placing them in the “Right Seat.”
Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, the Talent Manager has broad and tactical responsibility for attracting, selecting and onboarding new team members. Additionally, the position has strategic and tactical responsibility for identifying development and growth opportunities within the workforce, based on existing or anticipated organizational needs.
Ability to write compelling ads and postings for a target audience.
Passionate about developing people and accomplishing goals and objectives.
Experience leading transformation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment.
