(** @MLTSinHawaii is not an organization. It is a “movement,” if you will.) Josh is a former chef, former hotel manager and former teacher who now works for Apple. He was born and raised on the Windward Side, in Kahalu’u, went to Ben Parker Elementary and Punahou School. He has a BA in History from the University of Iowa and a masters in education from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. His passion is creating and facilitating conversations around the acclaimed documentary, Most Likely to Succeed. Josh works extensively with this documentary’s executive producer, Ted Dintersmith, to help Hawai’i be a model to the nation and the world of education innovation, imagination and creativity. Josh’s wife is the Publisher of Hawai’i Business magazine; his daughter, Emma, teachers permaculture to kindergarten-aged kids in CA.
