Today we’re introducing a three-part video series from Fibrebond titled “Building a Better Bond.” Each video in this series follows the career path of a different Fibrebond employee and details their personal path to success within the company.
We kick off this series with company Founder and Chairman of the Board, Claud Walker, who tells the story of how Fibrebond started, overcame challenges and evolved into what it is today due in large part to the determination of the company’s employees.
Like many great companies, Fibrebond’s path to success has not been linear. This became especially evident in September, 1998 when a fire decimated much of the company’s Minden, Louisiana manufacturing plant. It was not until 11 months later that Fibrebond was able to reopen a new facility, but nevertheless, no employee missed a single paycheck during the ordeal.
This emphasis on family and people is what Fibrebond has become to be known for and it all started with Claud Walker’s vision.
Stay tuned to see more stories from Fibrebond in the next several weeks.
