Having worked for more than 30 years in construction, building products and strategic business development, Michael brings to Guerdon significant experience having engaged 25+ successfully completed modular projects. With a strong passion for driving modular solutions in the building industry, Michael is continually evolving and promoting Guerdon's modular capabilities. In addition to managing strategic relationships with developers, brands, GC's and lenders, his role includes oversight and direction of the business development team's efforts as well as showcasing the operations of our manufacturing facility. Michael’s solution-oriented approach to revolutionizing the hospitality and multifamily building process through modular has positioned him as a recognized leader in the industry. Merle holds a degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University with concentrations in marketing and economics.
Galit Schwarz has worked in luxury hospitality for the past 18 years earning top industry accolades and holding leadership roles within Sales, Marketing & Partnerships throughout her career. She has spent her time immersed within global markets with industry brand leaders Four Seasons, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Trump Hotels, Mustique Island & Nihi Sumba. Most recently Galit has put her efforts into UR Social Club, an avenue for private label representation focused on aligning with brands and destinations that foster innovation and self-discovery. She is currently The Director of Luxury Leisure Sales for The Estate Yountville a private label account of UR Social Club. Her most recent collaboration, along with Ray Kearney of Gather DMC, is producing innovative virtual gatherings through their joint venture Luxury Connect: Global & Private Gatherings. Galit also serves as a Brand Ambassador for Mustique Island, Tournesol Wellness, MedGift, Knockout LA, Gather DMC, and Arrive at Happy.
