Grant Morgan

CEO, R-Zero
Grant Morgan is the co-founder and CEO of biosafety technology company, R-Zero, bringing more than a decade of experience leading product development and engineering across both software and hardware. Early in his career, Grant led the development of multiple breakthrough medical devices at Abbott. Most recently he was a founding member and VP Product & Engineering at iCracked - an on-demand technical services company, acquired by Allstate in 2019. Today, as the CEO and co-founder of R-Zero, Grant leads the evolution of the company’s intelligent, sustainable disinfection ecosystem, designing and delivering innovation of UV-C disinfection technologies - for all commercial and public environments. Under his leadership, R-Zero’s UV-C-led biosafety technology platform is enabling safety for hundreds of thousands of people across every type of business and organization.

Dr. James P. Malley, Jr

PhD - Univ. of New Hampshire professor and editor in chief of UV Solutions Magazine
Jim is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Directs the UV Technology Validation Center at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). He has provided teaching, research, consulting, and professional service in the areas of public health and disinfection for the past 40 years. Jim has authored or co-authored over 350 professional publications. Jim was the founding president of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA) and currently editor-in-chief of their publication: UV Solutions. Jim has worked on applications of Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection and/or ozone systems to reduce healthcare acquired infections (HAIs) for the past 10 years. Since March 2020, Jim and his students have been working on testing and improving UV devices that treat PPE and disinfect surfaces and rooms in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Assistant Director of Maintenance, Operations and Grounds, Salinas City Elementary School District
Darrell is the Assistant Director of Maintenance, Operations and Grounds, with Salinas City Elementary School District (SCESD). Located in Monterey County, California, SCESD is an award-winning elementary school district that serves students from Transitional Kindergarten through Sixth Grade at 15 elementary schools. Darrel oversees facilities for the school campuses within the district and has been directly involved with the acquisition and deployment of UV-C disinfection systems to bolster the facilities' infection control efforts.
