Zachary Dydek, PhD has nearly 2 decades of experience in the robotics industry. As CTO for Vecna Robotics, Dr. Dydek oversees the long-term product vision for the company’s proprietary autonomy stack. Before taking on the role of CTO, he led the navigation and control functional team and later drove cross-product decision making across all disciplines of software development as director of autonomous systems. Under Dr. Dydek, the Vecna Robotics team performs cutting-edge research in the areas of navigation, high-level autonomy, manipulation, control, and machine perception.
