Grant is also the host of “Drones in America”, a weekly video podcast produced by MarketScale that includes industry leaders, influencers, and experts who explore the rapidly growing commercial drone industry in the U.S. and examine the complex web of technology, policy, and other topics, such as expanding the involvement of women and minorities in the industry. Will is an Aerospace Engineer with over 20 years of experience in various technical and operational management roles. Today he serves as owner and lead consultant at Wilstair. In his role, he provides technical product development and support to other UAS companies and end-users. His services range from systems engineering technical product specifications and testing to architectural software development. Although he enjoys flying fixed wing RC planes most, he has designed, built, and integrated various types of multirotor platforms, as well as specialized payloads for commercial flight operations. He has helped companies to integrate drones in GPS denied environments, as well as enhance safe autonomous aerial precision deliveries onto small targets, such as smart mailboxes.
