Where are MarketScale roles based?
It depends on the role. Studio and Experience Center positions are based at our Dallas headquarters at 901 Main Street. Engineering, go-to-market, and content roles are listed as either Dallas, fully remote, or Dallas plus remote. Each open role lists its own location, and you can filter the list by team and location type.
What is the difference between a full-time job and the Creator Community?
Full-time roles are positions on the MarketScale team, based at our Dallas studio or remote, and you apply through the careers form. The Creator Community is a worldwide network of paid contract creators, such as video editors, videographers, UGC coaches, and guides, who plug into a steady pipeline of B2B work with feedback and coaching. Community roles apply through the Creator Community pipeline at /community rather than the careers form.
How does the hiring process work?
A real person reviews every application. If there is a fit, we reach out to set up a first conversation, followed by a short interview process that respects your time.
Do you hire for remote roles?
Yes. Several open roles are fully remote, and others are offered as Dallas plus remote. Use the location filter on the open roles list to see which positions are remote or hybrid.
Do team members get to create their own content?
Yes. Every member of the team gets a fully funded Contributor channel, so you can share your own expertise and create alongside the brands we serve. It reflects how the company works: a focused team in Dallas activating a worldwide network of more than 1,000 creators across 38+ countries, with everyone creating, not just coordinating.
