When operations hit critical pressure points, even the most carefully planned projects can unravel. Late-night deployments, complex integrations, and large-scale data migrations are high-stakes moments where small mistakes can threaten months of work. CG Infinity's Rapid Response Consulting team steps in when the pressure is highest, stabilizing operations, restoring momentum, and reinforcing mission-critical initiatives—fast.

By injecting expertise, tactical leadership, and immediate cross-team support, CG Infinity ensures operations stay on track, risks are minimized, and stalled projects regain forward momentum.

Jason Zakarian, Principal Consultant at CG Infinity, recalls a high-stakes deployment where an old rollback script accidentally undid 70% of a data migration. Exhausted teams faced a potential disaster, but by coordinating across teams, leveraging new endpoints, and executing hundreds of corrective API calls in real time, they restored the data, protected the system, and salvaged the project. It was a vivid example of calm, decisive action under extreme pressure.

This is the power of Rapid Response Consulting. A rollback script, and it was an old one, ends up undoing seventy percent of the data migration piece. A time that I had to salvage a project in difficult circumstances. Let me paint you a picture. It was a late night deployment years ago for a big project. Everyone is there. We're pushing new code in several projects, working across teams, integrating with a third party scheduling tool, doing a pseudo data migration. We're talking about a project that was months in the making. Right? And we are almost there. We are deploying it. It took a while, but we're done. One AM. Final script package deployment goes, database spike. We find out a rollback script, and it was an old one at that that was included with the deployment, which ends up undoing, like, seventy percent of the data migration piece. Right? We're floored. We're tired. We're frustrated. We can't roll back without major effort given the nature of this mistake. So what do we do? We collect ourselves. I collect myself, pace around a little bit. And what I end up pitching and what we end up doing is reusing a new endpoint to manually send through hundreds of API calls to correct the data that was incorrectly rolled back and messed up. But I need help. I'm exhausted. I'm usually an early up and early down type guy, so I'm already getting groggy here. What we end up doing is pulling one more team cross collaboration to get all of the corrective calls put together. We're all updating in Excel sheet in real time altogether. And I start sending through these calls. Right? And I'm sending them through and I'm sending them through, and the hours are ticking by. And the database team is checking on the load, and the scheduling team is checking that the data coming in is at least sort of correct, right? And eventually, we finally get there. We finally get everything where it needs to be.
