Online learning has been growing rapidly in the business world. On this excerpt from Business Casual, Daniel Litwin and Tyler Kern were joined by MarketScale’s Senior Instructional Designer Brian Runo.

Brian explained why online education is more popular than ever and how businesses can effectively employ it to train employees, grow brand awareness, and much more.

“A lot of businesses are starting to realize that they could increase their productivity and shorten the time period for on-boarding people,” said Bruno. Businesses are heavily investing in improving these materials and instructional design in the world of online education is a huge piece to that puzzle.
