Tucson, AZ, 27 MAY 2022 – Walbro, LLC hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at their Cass City, Michigan location May 20, 2022. The Walbro team, along with Government Dignitaries, and strategic partners attended this latest facility expansion that houses its new state of the art double clamp multilayer blow molding machine and automated lines that are the most advanced in the industry. This was the largest investment Walbro has made in the fuel system business complimenting the seven machines installed globally. “I am very pleased with this latest project and all the team members and partners who played a key role in making pivotal investment happen,” states Mike Coyle – President – Fuel Systems. “This was the largest capital investment Walbro has made in the fuel system business complimenting the seven machines installed globally.

Our team stayed right on track with the program timeline and launch and we are now entering into production mode”, added Coyle.

“I am very proud of our team’s efforts here, especially with the extra hours they have been putting in over the last years with the continued strong demand in our industries,” says Chris Quick Executive Vice President – Fuel Systems. “This machine enables the team to offload some of the overcapacity conditions with current assets and provides for additional growth. I am looking forward to working with our partners on new projects that will utilize this machine and position us for additional growth and investments to support them”, adds Quick.
