WATCH: Arby’s is swooping in to buy Buffalo Wild Wings for almost $3 billion

News broke on Tuesday that Arby’s Restaurant Group has agreed to purchase Buffalo Wild Wings for $2.9 billion. The purchase price includes all of BWW’s debt as well. “We look forward to leveraging the combined strengths of both organizations into a truly differentiated and transformative multi-brand restaurant company.” “This transaction provides compelling value to our shareholders and is a testament to the hard work and efforts of our talented team members and franchisees.” Since the deal was announced, Buffalo Wild Wings stock has risen 6.4 percent in early trading.
