New Pop-Up Brings Coalition Food and Beverage and Variant Brewing Company Together

Foodies rejoice! A new partnership has been forged—Coalition Food and Beverage is popping up at Variant Brewing to preview Coalition’s menu and debut RO HOPSpitality, the Coalition’s new beer.

The event is scheduled to take place Monday, March 12, in Alpharetta. Delicious sampler trays will be available for $25 each, and beer will be sold a la carte.  Chef Woolery “Woody” Back, leads the kitchen for the project, and attendees will be able to sample St. Louis-style spare ribs, German-style pretzels, chicken-bacon sausage, onion rings, and mini chocolate cream pies.

After the event, you will be able to find the brew at all the RO Hospitality concepts: Table & Main, Osteria Mattone, and Coalition Food and Beverage.

Coalition Food and Beverage will open in late spring.
