Telehealth made a massive step forward in the past 18 months, with many simple appointments being able to be switched over without a loss in quality of care to the patient.

However, the entire healthcare ecosystem can’t be switched online, nor should it.

I spoke with Ryan Bullock, the COO of Aeroflow Healthcare, to discuss how telehealth fits into the future of healthcare and whether or not patients are still hesitant to seek medical care with COVID’s Delta surge. Can telehealth step up and help fill that void? Here’s what Ryan had to say.
