How Management Roles in the Hospitality Industry Have Changed

“What I have found is, in terms of what management roles have changed, at least within the context of hotels — middle management.

I find that middle management has been redefined in the sense that the first individuals to be furloughed or laid off are those who are assistant managers or those who are not in customer or guest-facing positions.”
