Lift and lock platform is your engineered solution for a safe working platform. It aids in the forming of concrete elevator shafts and more. The lift and lock platform works with cast in place pockets. After the safety pin is removed, the tongue rotates out of the way as the platform is lifted until it reaches the next pocket and swings back into place. All of this without the need for disassembly. Fully customizable to fit most shapes and sizes, the lift and lock platform features a steel roller to keep the platform centered while being lifted, a load bearing tongue, vertical form adjusters, horizontal form adjusters, and a safety pin to keep the form in place. The lift and lock platform is easily assembled. Begin by securing the horizontal wood beams to the lift and lock bracket. Next, install the tie down bars. And lastly, fasten the wood to the joists to create the working platform surface. Once assembled, it can withstand five thousand pounds of safe working load per bracket with a four to one safety factor. Elevate your construction safety standards with the lift and lock platform by Gates. Visit gates concrete forms dot com to learn more.
