Censis is very intuitive with regards to its functionality, as a leader, prior leader in in SPD, it was very easy to go in and do the necessary reports, have other leadership folks within the organization, get reports as well. That we process instruments for, and the dashboard was great, because I could see at a moment's notice how our productivity was in the department. We actually have a very good relationship with Censis. We actually use the various services. We've used the data marking services. We've used the competency module upload service. We've actually used the data cleanup service. We have the service plus service. Every year. So we have a very good working relationship with Censis. So if I was to recommend Censitrac to appear, I would definitely go ahead and tell him it hits all the JCo standards that you need. And it makes it easier on your people as well.
