Hey, Creative. Thanks for tuning in again. Today, I'm here to talk about searching in connect fonts. Searching in connect fonts allows a new and intuitive way for you to quickly find fonts by using simple and natural search terms. So let's take a look. To start your search, either select your entire font library by clicking on all fonts in the top left hand corner of your library panel found here, or you can narrow down your search by selecting one of your team or personal libraries. As you will see in the upper right hand corner, every time I select one of those libraries, the search box dialog will change. So let's perform a search. To perform a search, click in the search bar in the upper right hand corner of Connect, and enter your desired search term. If you've recently performed a search in Connect fonts, you'll see some recent search result populate when you click inside the search bar. This is a great way to save time by not having to repeat typing any recent searches you might have performed. Okay. For this search, I'm gonna use the example search of hand. As you can see as I type it in, I come up with a couple of top results, but I also have some results that are labeled font sense smart tags. As you can see, these font sense smart tags have some suggestions of things like handwritten, hand drawn, and a few others. If I click on one of the Smart Tag results, I'll see fonts that match that search to for handwritten. So let's investigate that a little bit more on where those search terms are actually coming from. If you wanna see which smart tags have been applied to your fonts, Well, that's pretty easy. Simply click the I button in the font preview, and you'll be shown the font panel of information. Here you can see all things that are smart tags, and which smart tags that have been applied to that specific font. And of course, there's some other handy information there too, such as boundary information, font type, and another little thing called font pairing. But we'll save that for another video. If you have a suggestion for a smart tag, you can simply click the submit a tag. We love those suggestions and we review them all the time. If you don't want to wait for your smart tag to be added, don't worry. You can add your own tags even faster. Using the tags button just above smart tags is another great way to find and organize your fonts quickly using your natural language or your business language to create the font search criteria just for you. To exit from the font information area, and return to the main font preview area of Connect, click the arrow in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Okay. So that was a quick overview of searching in connect fonts, and I wanna thank you again for tuning in.
