PGA Headquarters Moving From Florida To Texas
The PGA of America has been headquartered in Florida since 1965, but plans are underway to move to Frisco, Texas, according to a Golf.com report. The Frisco site would also offer two 18-hole semi-public courses and a nine-hole short course. The new location would host major events such as the PGA Championship and Ryder Cup. No official announcement has been made, but with the PGA Championship date having been shifted to May from August, a move to Texas seems likely.
