What prompted us to create the core value awards a few years ago was the desire to create a very prestigious award across the firm that would recognize all the great things that our employees do that really tie back to the core values of the firm. It's very humbling to receive this award. I work with so many great people among all of the operations groups. So to receive this award and be honored for my contributions is very humbling. I'm very grateful. I'm really excited and honored to be a core value award winner. For me, it's really a testament and credit to my colleagues and and the team that I work with on a daily basis. It's, you know, really an award that belongs to them as well. It truly is humbling to receive this award. And second, I I wanna say that, I couldn't do this without the support of a wonderful team. We have a great group of individuals who are dedicated, motivated, and they truly care about winning and succeeding together as a team. It means so much. I think it just truly shows me like all the little things and all the hard work that I put in has just amounted to this. And I'm so honored to be the core value award winner and kind of be here today and so it's just exciting. My favorite core value is help each other succeed at work and in life. I joined Weaver about five years ago. And during the interview process, I could tell that there was something different, unique about the firm, and could really tell that they cared about the people. I appreciate most about Weaver's culture is the people. So whether that be the the brand new intern who started on their first day and and they trust me in level one training to to teach them what I know and and go through that journey with them. Or whether it be that partner who I work with all the time and who has empowered me to to run my book of business how however I want to, but also there to catch me when I fall. I think it's really awesome to come in every day and know that I am making a difference with Weber and helping our clients and helping not only internal clients in my position, but also helping them provide exceptional client service to our external clients. And truly knowing that I have a firm behind my back that makes me feel like they're family.
