There's several things going on in the HVAC industry that could impact clean room design and operation. As well as the maintenance of the systems, including refrigerate changes that are, coming due to the regulations that are changing as proposed by the EPA and mandate by the EPA. Those are one of the things you really have to be concerned with, whether you're moving to r four fifty four b or r thirty two depending on the manufacturer. For typical in normal operation, the systems perform and operate as, legacy systems do, but the refrigerants are now going to be classified as a two l, which is a mildly flammable gas. So you need to understand the implications of the design and of the implementation of those new gases, as well as Tier two energy EER ratings seasonal energy efficiency ratings that are now in effect, may or may not impact your design, but just be cognizant of refrigerate, types, and varieties, as well as energy ratings, on the equipment prop
