At ProMat 2025, Vecna Robotics introduced CaseFlow, a next-generation case picking solution that combines robotic automation with real-time orchestration to deliver faster, safer, and more efficient warehouse operations. Presented by Senior Product Manager Rebecca Li, CaseFlow is designed to more than double productivity while reducing labor costs and improving safety, without the need to overhaul existing infrastructure.

CaseFlow automates up to 90% of warehouse travel using pallet-handling robots, while orchestrating workers through dynamic, directed zone picking—maximizing productivity and minimizing idle time. With fewer people needed and more units picked per hour, operations become both leaner and more scalable. The system is orchestrated by Vecna's intelligent software, which dynamically manages tasks, optimizes worker zones, and adjusts robot paths in real time to minimize delays and congestion.

The CaseFlow Console provides a central dashboard for real-time visibility and data analytics, helping teams track performance and make continuous improvements. Deployment takes less than four weeks, providing fast ROI with minimal disruption to existing workflows.

CaseFlow also benefits from 24/7 remote monitoring via the Pivotal Command Center, which resolves most issues without on-site assistance. Together, these features make CaseFlow a powerful, practical solution for modern warehouses looking to scale efficiently and safely.
