Training has become more data-driven and efficient in recent years. Athletes are able to better track their performance and health through wearable devices and apps, but now tech may be entering the gym in a new way entirely.

Twenty Billion Neurons‘ ‘Millie’ AI interface attempts to mix the human connection of a personal trainer with the data analysis of the latest software.

The company recently released these two videos to showcase Millie in action in different settings. The technology was originally designed as a tool for brick-and-mortar retailers to better interact with their customers.
