I recently had the pleasure of interviewing nine of Corvino’s essential team members and writing their bios. Corvino is one of my favorite restaurants. It’s where my husband and I extended our first date into dinner. Corvino is a James Beard Award-winning restaurant nationally ranked, with a badass bar program and the *best* burger. Ever.

With high-end purchases, the time between the initial deposit and delivery can be quite long. Unfortunately, this lag time creates space and distance for clients to second-guess their investment and provides an opportunity for them to back out. In fact, returns have nearly doubled from 2019 to 2022 (The New York Times).
