Polygon’s Unique Approach: Beyond Data Collection to Engineered Solutions with ExactAire

Polygon goes beyond basic data collection by using its ExactAire platform to engineer tailored solutions for clients facing specific building management and environmental challenges. Rather than delivering raw metrics, Polygon works directly with clients to interpret data and develop actionable, customized strategies. This approach positions Polygon as an engineering partner rather than simply a monitoring vendor.

Jon Pattrin, Operations Manager at ExactAire, sheds light on Polygon's unique approach to data collection and analysis. Instead of just handing over data, they analyze it with their clients, offering tailored engineered solutions for their specific needs, be it in plant buildings or offices. These solutions could range from introducing smart controllers for efficient equipment management to saving on fuel and electricity costs. Such a collaborative approach not only benefits current clients but also paves the way for enhanced solutions for future customers.

Well, I see Zachary helping our clients in a couple of different ways. But really, the most important part is, you've heard me refer to the uniqueness of our sensors and the applications, but also Polygon is very unique in the way that we work with our customers after collecting all that data. We sit down with them and we analyze that data. You're gonna hear David talk about that here in just a little bit. But we work with them to provide them an engineered solution, that they can use on their plant building office, whatever it may be. To solve it. So we're not just giving them the data and saying, here you go. We're giving them the data. We're analyzing the data with them, and we're providing them a solution which could be, you know, in the form of simply putting in one of our smart controllers that we have here, which allows us to turn our equipment off and on, turn different things off and on for, fuel cost savings standpoint, electricity, whatever it may be. So, again, we love getting feedback from our customers so that we can help them and we can help other mers in the future.
