Seder is an ex-Wall Street professional turned real-estate broker turned cooling specialist, and he lent his insights to an exploration of the challenges of renting and selling portable cooling solutions in a climate like Miami’s.

One of the biggest challenges is the variety of locations a city like Miami offers. They all need cooling – but they all come with different challenges.

In large spaces, one of the less-obvious challenges in setting up large cooling solutions in a way that not only cools the space, but doesn’t get in the way, aesthetically.

“Wherever cooling is needed, we get the call,” Seder said. “[In large spaces], we’ve been very successful in creating ‘cooling zones.’”
