“Every single one of us has a story of our life… What businesses, I think, fail to do in a lot of ways, is they fail to come into the story for the customer,” Bourland said. “Show the customer how we, the business, can fit into YOUR story.” Bourland also gives insight on how technology is increasing the ease with which solutions are processed and how sometimes the best answer just requires a wider vision.
