Excellence Culture – Matters of Faith
Faith can be a sensitive topic in the workplace and should be for many organizations. But, that doesn’t change the fact that faith is the driving force for many individuals.
When I set out to have these conversations, I purposely don’t have an agenda. I simply want you to hear the stories of these awesome people and what drives them. Sometimes, I’m lucky and can tie it back to what I do as an advisor in the benefits world, but for the most part, I let it flow.
I have been very encouraged by the transparency every guest has brought to the table. Whether it’s sharing challenges and struggles they have faced, or like we see in this video… the way God has worked in their life.
