Tidel Customer Experience Center

In February, Tidel announced the opening of our expanded, and newly designed, Customer Experience Center.

This new center allows us to showcase our cash automation solutions, including smart safes and cash recyclers, to our customers and channel partners, leveraging the latest in high definition audio and video technology. The Center enables Tidel employees to give live demonstrations not only in person but also over the latest web conferencing technology – enabling our customers across the globe to gain a close-up view of Tidel systems, right from their PC.

Architected in an inviting, café style setting, the Customer Experience Center is a great way for Tidel partners to experience the latest in Tidel’s solutions while enjoying a meal or fresh cup of coffee. The Customer Experience Center allows us to truly serve our customers and partners on a grander scale, and we’re very proud of the end result.

Watch this video to learn more about Tidel’s new Customer Experience Center, and please contact us if you’d like to schedule a visit. Our doors are open!
