Richard Olguin on Gates & Sons’ Construction Products

“I knew how versatile, how reliable it was,” Olguin said. “It lasts. This product, I have forms that I’ve had for they’re probably getting close to forty years old. And I’m just now trying to get to the end of my road, and I wanna sell them, and they’re still good enough where they’re saleable. There’s very little lamination; you have to take care of them, oil them. But I just truly believe in this product from the commercial side to the residential. Rods, cam locks, they just work.”
