Third-Quarter Whole Wheat Flour Production Down 7%


According to data in the November Flour Milling Products report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, whole wheat flour production by U.S. mills from July to September of this year totaled at 5,632,000 which is down 7% from where it was last year at 6,053,000.
