Courtyard by Marriott Teams up with FC Bayern For a New Sports Experience

A new experience is coming to Courtyard by Marriott. Marriott International has revealed that European football club FC Bayern and Courtyard are teaming up to become the official hotel partner for Germany’s most popular football club.
The custom-built box has views of the football pitch inside Allianz Arena and is fitted with custom furnishings and a bar, with the feel of staying at a Marriott resort.
In their press release, John Licence, VP Premium and Select Brands at Marriott International Europe, spoke about the partnership, saying, “Courtyard Hotel guests are passionate, hard-working and success-driven, much like that of an elite athlete. Partnering with the most successful club in German football history makes for a winning combination for our guests.”
The partnership sets an unprecedented new experience for fans of the sport. “We are delighted for two leading brands such as Courtyard by Marriott and FC Bayern to be entering into a long-term partnership,” says Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, chairman of FC Bayern. “With Marriott International being the world’s largest hotel chain and FC Bayern one of the world’s most successful football clubs, I am convinced that this is a perfect match and very authentic partnership. I am particularly pleased that our fans can also benefit from this partnership, with our new official hotel partner providing them with attractive offers for both home and away matches.”
