Innovation and Education Highlight Day Three at NRA Show 2019

The National Restaurant Show 2019 became competitive on Monday. The Star of the Bar competition captivated attendees and aimed to crown the most talented mixologist in America.

Chad Spangler took home the $5,000 grand prize (pictured above) at the National Restaurant Association’s 100th anniversary celebration Monday evening.

Industry insight is ultimately what these events strive to provide attendees with, whether it is information on new technologies, or in this case new ingredients as well.

At the Culinary Experience Center, attendees could learn from expert chefs about the latest cooking trends and consumer expectations, and what that means to their business.

Monday’s Super Session was titled ‘The Future of Restaurants’, a fitting and needed conversation for today’s restauranteurs.
