Christie Launches Affordable, Powerful, and Flexible LED Video Wall

As the international market for narrow pitch indoor LED sustains its steady growth, Christie is launching its powerful and flexible value-priced LED wall. The Christie Velvet CorePlus focuses on flexibility and cost-effectiveness while punching above its weight class in terms of features. With pixel pitches ranging from 1.2 to 4.0 mm, the all-in-one unit can easily scale to 4k while offering a set of fully customizable options for service from either the front or back. Its applications extend from the board room to theme parks and back again—a truly flexible LED wall.
The Christie website now offers an LED calculator for consultants, distributors, and customers at all levels to design an LED video wall for their exact specifications with minimal hassle. The calculator and the Velvet CorePlus are part of a larger trend that Christie sees developing in the international market: those looking for value-priced video wall solutions don’t want to sacrifice features or flexibility. The Christie Velvet Apex Series is also getting an upgrade, integrating a new E600 Controller for an easier configuration and fewer components in the signal chain, making for a better viewing experience.
The Velvet CorePlus is launching in the first quarter of 2018 with a three-year warranty for parts and labor.
