Getting Women Into AV, and Getting Them to Stay with Christy Ricketts of Contemporary Research

For many years, the technical-heavy AV field has been and still is mostly dominated by men. Joining us today is Christy Ricketts of Contemporary Research, to discuss how she markets the AV field to women, the challenges in getting women involved in AV, as well as the benefits of having a more diverse AV industry. “It’s really about being helpful to others and being a positive influence to help everyone be the best person they can be,” Ricketts said.
