Managing your Connect account online
This video covers three main tasks: adjusting license quantities in your subscription, reviewing your renewal details, and setting up auto-renewal. Here are the steps:
Visit buy.extensive.com and log in to your account.
On the account page, you can access your subscriptions, invoice history, support tickets, and payment method.
To change the license quantity, click on “Manage” and then select “Change Quantity.” You can either enter a new number or use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the quantity.
For reviewing your renewal, click on “Manage” and then choose “Renewal.” This will display the current end date, payment method, current license quantity, and pricing for the renewal.
To enable or disable auto-renewal, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Turn off auto-renew.” If auto-renewal is already enabled, this option will be available. Confirm your selection to make the change.
