An event like this is important because Applied has a story to tell. It has a story to tell to us investors, but it's not just in important for investors. It's important for employees. It's important for customers for all our constituents to understand the opportunity, large opportunities in front of us. I do ask people Is this too big? Is this too bold? And the common response that I get is, well, so far you've done what you said you're gonna do. So I'd say no. If you guys were just talking and not building, I would say, yes. It's an awesome testament to people saying, it is really big. I do agree with you. It is really bold. You're fulfilling. This initiative in itself, I think it's nice for everyone to know, talk to us, also talk to, like, key personnel that are part of the journey, like, technology, finance, real estate development, because that's his NC OBR, like infrastructure, whether it be compute, real estate. I think that's what we're doing. We're writing infrastructure to just compute obligations in general. It comes down to people. I think anybody can have ideas. Anybody can raise capital and go build, but it comes out of the people that are running these operations and how they're running. People can feel energy in my voice when I talk about applied. I'm excited for what we're doing and what we're trying to do. Our past to use a phrase from West. Our past has been exciting, but our future is even brighter. This is a very, very large opportunity. We we will have contracted By the end of next year pretty close to five hundred megawatts of power, this opportunity is extremely large, and it's gonna work for a very long time. So I think this that what's important, why this event's important, it's for all our constituents, but mainly for investors, for employees, and for everybody to understand really what we're what we're doing.
