Siren Rock Brewing Company Enhances Customer Engagement with AtlasIED’s Atmosphere™ Digital Audio System

Siren Rock Brewing Company, based in Rockwall, Texas, has incorporated AtlasIED’s Atmosphere™ Digital Audio System into its 13,000-square-foot facility as a part of its customer engagement strategy. The brewery sought a holistic audio solution that would blend seamlessly into the venue, be simple to use, and create a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Given the architectural and acoustical diversity of the venue, AtlasIED’s diverse speaker portfolio provided a solution to suit different environments, from standard ceilings to open ones, and even outdoor areas.

AtlasIED’s Atmosphere™ digital audio system was selected to enable zoning and calibration of the speakers throughout Siren Rock for high-quality sound and easy operation. The Atmosphere™ system was tuned to the specific acoustics of the venue to enhance sound quality and simplify operation for the staff. It offers preset settings for volume levels and speaker activation zones, accessible from mobile devices or wall-mounted touchpads.

In addition, customers can connect their mobile devices to the system via Bluetooth to play their music through the Atmosphere™-integrated speakers, creating a more personalized experience. Overall, the AtlasIED system contributed to the unique vibe Siren Rock Brewing Company aimed to create, successfully driving customer engagement and encouraging repeat visits.
