Technique Data Systems to Attend TACA 2018

Attending the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association of Texas (TACA) Conference June 4-6, 2018? Then be sure to visit Tech Data Systems at Booth 219. Tech Data Systems (TDS) provides payment solutions, cash automation equipment, maintenance, software, and support. They have over 75 products, including cash recycler equipment, desktop currency counters, check scanners, and payment processing solutions and at TACA you will find them demonstrating some of their latest offerings.

TDS is excited to be unveiling the TDS CCR-500, your automated cash room solution, at TACA this year. TDS CCR-500 receives, dispenses, and authenticates all currency and coin. By dispensing pre-programmed till amounts and automating the final till deposit for immediate balance, it shortens the time and reduces the number of employees needed to maintain cash throughout the day. Further, all information is recorded in back-office software for management to review and audit.

At TACA 2018 Tech Data Systems will also be showcasing Jaguar payment processing solutions such as WebRemit. This software, when coupled with a check scanner, eliminates manual entry of check data and creates a posting file for any accounting or billing system as well as a deposit file for your bank. It has a CAR/LAR to read any hand-written check amounts and an OCR, or bar code, to read other information on coupons or statements. This system is available for as low as $249/month.

When you come to Booth 219, you will also get to meet some of TDS’s fantastic employees, where you will learn why TDS service and support is second to none. Be sure to ask them all about their equipment offerings as well as the extended service plans that help ensure everything remains up and running.

TDS was founded in 1991 in Dallas, TX and currently has offices in Rockwall, Amarillo, and Houston, Texas, as well as in Oklahoma City. They are focused on delivering time—and money—saving solutions, and their turn-key solutions can be tailored to your needs.
