Watch: United Airlines stops employee bonus lottery system
After an intense negative response, United Airlines will cease their plan to give out employee bonuses via lottery. The airline announced it would replace conventional bonuses with drawings for cars, vacations, and large cash prizes. Though the initiative was intended to show that United cared, the dissatisfied response from employees and customers was quick. Now it’s back to the drawing board for United. Will they go back to conventional bonuses or experiment again?
