Top 3 Trade Shows to Attend in January 2020

With a new year approaching, the business world is looking ahead to another slate of industry events. January is a launching pad for some of the marquee events in several industries, and what occurs at these shows can set the tone for the entire year.

These events will make the most headlines this month.

CES

From January 7-10, businesses in the consumer technology space will showcase the latest breakthroughs across myriad industries. Storylines this year include 5G’s impact on business, how technology can improve human health, and the continued growth of esports among other topics.

Keynote addresses in Las Vegas will be delivered by executives at Samsung, Daimler, Delta, the United States Department of Transportation and others.

National Retail Federation: Retail’s Big Show 2020

Retail continues to evolve at a rapid pace and NRF 2020 is where a year’s worth of innovation meets. The event returns to the Javits Center in New York City from January 11-14.

Attendees will have an opportunity to tour some of New York’s most iconic retail spaces including Hudson Yards and the Oculus and hear from an extensive list of industry leaders. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will deliver the opening keynote address.

MarketScale will be in attendance this year providing updates and longform insight from New York.

Kitchen and Bath Industry Show

North America’s largest kitchen and bath trade show returns January 21-23 in Las Vegas. Not only will more than 600 brands will showcase this year, but the show includes more than just product demonstrations. Attendees will be able to identify new revenue streams, increase brand recognition and improve business practices through educational sessions.

Los Angeles Lakers legend and businessman Earvin ‘Magic’ Johnson will lead the ‘Design and Construction Week’ opening ceremonies. Catch his speech on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
