CaseFlow by Vecna Robotics: Smarter, Safer Case Picking with Robotic Orchestration

At ProMat 2025, Vecna Robotics introduced CaseFlow, a next-generation case picking solution that combines robotic automation with real-time orchestration to deliver faster, safer, and more efficient warehouse operations. Presented by Senior Product Manager Rebecca Li, CaseFlow is designed to more than double productivity while reducing labor costs and improving safety, without the need to overhaul existing infrastructure.

CaseFlow automates up to 90% of warehouse travel using pallet-handling robots, while orchestrating workers through dynamic, directed zone picking—maximizing productivity and minimizing idle time. With fewer people needed and more units picked per hour, operations become both leaner and more scalable. The system is orchestrated by Vecna’s intelligent software, which dynamically manages tasks, optimizes worker zones, and adjusts robot paths in real time to minimize delays and congestion.

The CaseFlow Console provides a central dashboard for real-time visibility and data analytics, helping teams track performance and make continuous improvements. Deployment takes less than four weeks, providing fast ROI with minimal disruption to existing workflows.

CaseFlow also benefits from 24/7 remote monitoring via the Pivotal Command Center, which resolves most issues without on-site assistance. Together, these features make CaseFlow a powerful, practical solution for modern warehouses looking to scale efficiently and safely.

With the rapid rise of AI workloads, data centers are being built with higher power density, stricter reliability expectations, and cooling technologies that are evolving faster than most teams can adapt. As a result, these facilities aren’t just getting bigger—they’re becoming harder to operate, harder to staff, and far less forgiving when something goes…

Skilled trades are facing accelerating retirements, rising customer expectations, and rapid advances in AI—putting the field service industry at a critical inflection point. Industry estimates suggest millions of frontline roles could go unfilled over the next decade, even as technology promises to automate more tasks than ever before. The stakes are high: decisions made now…

The skilled trades are undergoing a shift as experienced workers retire faster than new talent enters the field. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, demand for HVAC technicians is projected to grow 8% by 2034. That’s much faster than average — and shows the urgency of attracting and keeping new talent.  While…
