It’s hard to imagine arriving at a place of Excellence without some type of significant support system. For most, that support system is family.

When I do these interviews, I love to go back and hear about the upbringing of my guests through the mechanics that help them thrive now.

In this short video, we put together some of the memorable moments when guests gave credit to their families. I felt like this would be fitting as we prepare to gather over the holidays. Family truly does matter!
