Onboarding Process: First 30 Days Working With Blaze Media

Before onboarding, clients fill out a questionnaire and provide access to necessary resources. During the onboarding call, the agency clarifies the target audience and establishes a 90-day game plan. They formulate a core message based on client feedback and then get to work.

The agency’s onboarding process then requires them to create a detailed customer avatar, clarify the core message and offer for the avatar, and start building campaigns. By the 30-day mark, EJ Saunders suggests that the marketing efforts should be around the break-even point for the client’s market.
